৪. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সাইটে উল্লেখিত মূল্যই প্রযোজ্য।

আমরা সাইটে প্রদর্শিত বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট মেথড গ্রহণ করি।

ব্যাংক/পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে সমস্যার দায় Closetbd নেবে না।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

ডেলিভারি সময় লোকেশন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

আবহাওয়া, ছুটি বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যায় ডেলিভারি দেরি হতে পারে।

পণ্য কুরিয়ারের হাতে দেওয়ার পর পরিবহনের দায় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের।

৬. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতির ভিত্তিতে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করা হয়।

শর্তাবলী:

পণ্য ব্যবহার না করা, প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকা, প্রয়োজনে রিটার্ন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে|

শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে। শিপমেন্টের পর বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

১০. তৃতীয়-পক্ষ সেবা:-

পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসসহ কিছু কাজে আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষ ব্যবহার করি।

তাদের: দেরি , ত্রুটি ,সিস্টেম সমস্যার জন্য Closetbd দায়ী নয়।

১১. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

Closetbd দায়ী নয়: পণ্যের ভুল ব্যবহার থেকে ক্ষতি, কুরিয়ার দেরিতে হওয়া ক্ষতি ,সাইটের টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটি

তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে যেকোনো সমস্যা ,পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর চূড়ান্ত ঝুঁকি ব্যবহারকারীর।
